Notes the following chronology: Witness (Apr 1799): Rutherford County, NC, Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, April Court 1799: PRAY WHIPPLE proved a deed from DRURY LOGAN and JOSHUA ROBERTS to ANDREW LOGAN containing 110 acres bearing date 17th Day of January 1799 in order to be registered. --Rutherford County, North Carolina, Minutes, Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, 1799-1817, 5 vols. North Carolina State Archives, Raleigh, NC. C.086.30002. Patroller (1803): Robertson Co., TN: Wm. Atkins, James Atkins, Robert Perry, PRAY WHIPPLE, John Foster, John Yoes, Wm. Gossett ordered to be patrollers for Capt Blackwell's Co., they shall meet and ride at least once a month and oftener if they think necessary.----Court Minutes Lived (1804): Robertson Co., TN: Pray Whipple proved POA from John Yoes, Wm.
