Whipple died at her home in this village Wednesday after a lingering illness, aged 68 years. She was born in Farmington and had resided here nearly all her life. Her maiden name was Ann Decatur. She was a member of the Society of Orthodox Friends, and a woman loved and respected by all. She was especially fond of flowers and had them in bloom all months of the year. She is survived by her husband, Henry J.
