    • !SOURCE: Francis J. Law Family Record; E.B. Weight Record.

!SOURCE: Email from Jean Ohai (email hidden) to W. Whipple, 24 Sep 2011. Adds christening date (10 Jan 1825) and place (Stamford, Lincolnshire, England) and burial date (15 Jul 1825) and place (Uffington, Lincolnshire, England). She writes:
I have a JPEG scan of her burial record if you need it. The family lived at the Newstead Tollbar on Uffington Road, just outside Stamford, Lincolnshire (not Cheshire!). They worshipped at the Barn Hill Wesleyan Chapel in Stamford, but lived within the bounds of Uffington parish of the established church. Non-conformist churches rarely had burial grounds, so her burial was at the Uffington church.
Includes jpeg of the baptism register, 24. At head of page: "Baptisms solemnized in the Stamford Circuit in the Counties of Lincoln &c, in the Year 1825." First entry ("No. 185") on page gives baptism 10 Jan 1825, birth 30 Dec 1824. "Jane, the daughter of William & Hannah Bocock; Abode in the Parish of Uffington, Lincoln; Quality, Trade or Profession: Cordwainer ..."
