October 10, 1697 Providence, Providence, RI d. May 05, 1769 Scituate, Providence, RI}. Amity Harris is the daughter of Richard Harris {24703} and Elizabeth King {24703}. Here's why I think so: Rufus and Nancy (Whipple) Smith have children named Richard, Lydia C., and Amity. Their other children are apparently named for Nancy's family--Stephen, Mary, and Ziba.
