!SOURCE: Email from N. Combs to Weldon Whipple, 13 Feb 2004. Norma writes:
The 1900 Census, Rutland Twp., Tioga, PA, p.152, has the following birthdates for the children of Sarah Whipple {18706} and John Hall {67381}: George {67385} born PA 10/1881; May {67386} born PA 5/1883; and Grace {67387} born PA 10/1885. Probably the names given are the middle names of the children as they are not exactly the same as on the Whipple Genweb.

Both Sarah and John are still alive at the time of the 1900 census. Sarah indicated that she was the mother of five children, three of whom were still living.
