    • !SOURCE: Email from Don Maxwell (email hidden) to Weldon Whipple, 1 Mar 2003. Cites the1810 New York, Franklin County, Chateauguay Census, which lists father, John, as head of household consisting of himself, a wife and four children (3 girls, 1 boy, all under 10): Eleanor (birth date unknown), Sally (birth date unknown), and the twins John George and Clarinda (b. 12 Jan 1808 in Plattsburg, N.Y.).

!SOURCE: Email from Don Maxwell (email hidden) to Weldon Whipple, 3 Mar 2003. Cites the 1850 Michigan, Macomb County, Sterling Twp census, p. 332. John George's sister "Lucinda was listed as 44, therefore DOB about 1806 would be correct. That is probably where the person who submitted that about 1806 got the data. Lucinda's brother (John) George & family is also in that census and he's age 41 which would be DOB 1809. That's the first I've seen anything which didn't have them as twins. I can't imagine she would add 3 years to her age so I'll go back to the 'twins' source and discuss the DOBs."
